Mini-cannelés Chorizo

2 eggs
120g Milk
130 white floor
2g Bakingpowder mix it togheter
40g Butter melt it and add it no more to hot
140g Chorizo chop it into small pieces
140g Cheese grained add it
Spice and Herbes like chillies, peppers.
Excellent are dried tomatoes and olives

Mix it all togethert and add it into the cold wather washed bakingmole.
Put it on the bakinggitter and fill it

Put it by Over and underheat for 30 minutes by 210° into the lowest rill into the preheated oven.
